Dr Tim Fooks

Dr Tim Fooks became a Trustee of Care for Veterans in 2021 and chairs the Clinical Governance committee.  He has family connections with the armed forces as his son is currently serving in the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards and his brother commanded the 9th/12th Lancers.

Dr Fooks has been a GP in Pulborough, West Sussex for over 30 years and now chairs the Board of Governors of the University of Chichester.  He sits on the Court of the Leathersellers’ Livery Company in the City of London and supports a number of Sussex charities.

Dr Fooks was High Sheriff of West Sussex in 2020 during the Covid pandemic and he will serve as High Sheriff again in 2025.
